- Payment is due at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the Site (e.g., credit/debit cards, Shopify Payments, PayPal, and local payment methods where available).

4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier for international shipments (DDP shipments: duties and taxes are included and handled by us where stated).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
