Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Meprian, operated by Glint Terra US Inc, ships orders from our facilities or our fulfillment partners.

1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

United States:
- Standard Shipping (free on all orders): 2-7 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx.
- Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air): +$15, 2 business days.
- Express Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): +$30, 1 business day.

Middle East (Saudi Arabia & UAE):
- DDP Express (duties and taxes included): 7-15 business days via our Middle East DDP line (e.g., 4PX).
- Shipping fee applies based on order weight:
0-0.5 kg: $15
0.5-1.5 kg: $25
over 1.5 kg: $38
- Free shipping on orders over $399.
- All import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are included in the shipping fee (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). No additional charges at delivery.

Other international destinations: calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Restrictions
- Our products contain lithium batteries and must be shipped via approved carriers in accordance with applicable regulations.
- We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates. If your country is not listed, please contact us at junxinsu@meprian.com.

4. Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email and can also be accessed through your account on the Site. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking to update.

5. Delays and Non-Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
- If your order has not arrived within 20 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at junxinsu@meprian.com and we will investigate promptly.

6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, or unclaimed), we will contact you. Re-shipping costs may apply.
