Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy describes how Meprian, operated by Glint Terra US Inc, ships orders from its fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China via international express carriers (4PX).
1. Order Processing
- All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China via international express carriers (4PX), and are dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer FREE shipping worldwide on all orders. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China. Estimated delivery times (from dispatch): United States 5-9 business days; Canada 8-15; United Kingdom 6-8; European Union 7-12; Middle East 6-10 (DDP, duties & taxes included); East Asia 5-10; Southeast Asia 6-12; Latin America 10-20; Africa 12-25; Australia & New Zealand 10-15. Delivery times are estimated from dispatch (Shenzhen, China) and include customs processing. Actual times may vary by destination and customs.
Duties & Taxes
For orders to the Middle East, all import duties and taxes are included in the price (DDP) - no additional fees at delivery. For other destinations, applicable customs duties may be collected by the carrier per local regulations.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- Our products contain lithium batteries and must be shipped via approved carriers in accordance with applicable regulations.
- We currently ship worldwide to most countries, including: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa - except to the regions listed in the Delivery Restrictions section.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email and can also be accessed through your account on the Site. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking to update.
5. Delays and Non-Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
- If your order has not arrived within 20 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at junxinsu@meprian.com and we will investigate promptly.
6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, or unclaimed), we will contact you. Re-shipping costs may apply.

Delivery Restrictions
We ship worldwide with free shipping on all orders, except to the following regions where delivery is unavailable: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, the Donetsk/Luhansk/Zaporizhzhia/Kherson regions of Ukraine, Sudan, Belarus, Yemen, Somalia, Libya, Afghanistan, South Sudan, Palestine, Iraq, and Venezuela. For orders to Brazil, a valid CPF/CNPJ tax ID is required for customs clearance. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may incur extended delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local regulations.
